A Colorado native, Dr. Fentiman earned both her undergraduate and master's degrees from Colorado State University, followed by her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Kansas State University in 2013. She completed a small animal rotating internship at Louisiana State University, then returned to Kansas State for an ophthalmology specialty internship and residency, achieving board certification as a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists (DACVO) in 2018.
Following her residency, Dr. Fentiman served as a faculty member at Oklahoma State University, where she continued to advance her clinical expertise and passion for veterinary ophthalmology.
