Bella Hildebrandt
Dr. Bella Hildebrandt is a board-certified veterinary surgeon specializing in surgical oncology. She earned her veterinary degree from The Ohio State University in 2020. She then completed a rotating internship at MedVet Chicago, followed by a surgical oncology specialty internship at the University of Missouri, which grew her interest in comprehensive oncology care. She completed her surgical residency at the University of Pennsylvania, followed by a surgical oncology fellowship at Colorado State University's Flint Animal Cancer Center.
Aside from Dr. Hildebrandt’s specialization in surgical oncology, she has clinical interests in complex soft tissue cases such as ureteral surgery, portosystemic shunt correction, and minimally invasive surgery. She is passionate about providing individualized, evidence-based care and enjoys working closely with medical and radiation oncologists to develop comprehensive treatment plans for her patients.
She believes that successful cancer care involves not only advanced surgical techniques, but also clear communication and collaboration with pet owners and the veterinary care team. She strives to make each client feel informed and supported throughout the treatment process.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Hildebrandt enjoys spending time with her dog and exploring Colorado.
