Colorado Animal Specialty and Emergency (CASE) is pleased to offer our outpatient echocardiogram service, designed to provide convenient, timely access to cardiac imaging for your patients.

Outpatient Echocardiogram Details

• $400 — includes the echocardiogram study and a written report provided to you the same day

• Patients must have a temperament that allows for non-sedated imaging

To refer a patient, please complete and submit the below referral form.

Once we receive the referral form, our team will contact the client directly to schedule the appointment at the earliest available time or at a time that is convenient for them.
